Hi, I''m Casey. Behind my soulful eyes is an even disposition and a lot of smarts. I''ve already learned a few basic obedience commands and am working on more. I get along great with other dogs and right now I''m living with a cat in my foster home. It takes me a bit longer to warm up to people and new places and sudden noises and movements sometimes are a bit scary for me. My foster Mom and I are working on that. I''m housebroken and rarely bark. I love walks when I can chase lizards and relish every smell along the way plus I enjoy car rides, especially if I''m going to the dog park, YIPPEE! Oh, I also love, love, love, treats. If you have a yard where I can go exploring that would be an extra bonus. I would rather not be left alone for long periods of time. Feeling close to someone and being treated special is kind of new to me and I am truly loving it. I don''t need a lot of maintenance but my nails do need to be done. You know how we girls are about our nails. I''m hoping for a best friend and companion who is kind, patient, and optimistic. If you are that kind of person I may be just the dog you''ve been looking for.
